KickOff can reveal that Marumo Gallants are verge of signing a well-travelled striker who has notably also been on the books of Orlando Pirates.
Gallants are in search of a sharpshooter after starting the season on a poor note.
They have drawn one and lost two of their three opening games of the Betway Premiership season, which sees them sitting bottom of the standings.
For a side that escaped a play-offs spot by the skin of their teeth last term, there could be reason to press the panic button in the Bahlabane Ba Ntwa camp.
The club has now turned to Thabiso Kutumela in a bid to solve their goal scoring problems up front.
According to sources close to Gallants, the pint-sized attacker has already agreed terms with the club is and expected to sign soon.
“Kutumela is here. He is training with Marumo Gallants. He is expected to sign with the club anytime soon,” revealed one source.
