Cardoso: They say I cry too much

Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Miguel Cardoso has seemingly taken issue with the venue change for their Betway Premiership clash against Chippa United.

Sundowns moved six points clear at the top of the Betway Premiership table on Wednesday night with a 3-0 win over Siwelele FC.

It has been a busy few weeks for the Brazilians, who now turn their attention to Saturday’s clash against the Chilli Boys.

The clash was initially set to take place at the Nelson Mandela Stadium, although the venue did not pass the Premier Soccer League’s inspection.

As a result, the PSL did approve Chippa’s request to take the clash to the Buffalo City Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

“It will be a tough match, we play there on Saturday,” Cardoso told SuperSport TV.

“A little bit of applications, I don’t want to speak about that but a change of the venue that will allow us to stay one more day, we’ve only flight the following day on the night to attach preparation for our international match the following weekend and it’s a pity that things are that way but I don’t want to cry, they say I cry too much.

“But I just stuck too reality, but now it’s time to think about the next match and to recover the players and think about the weekend thank you.
