Woman Found Murdered Near Hebron Taxi Rank

A woman known as Tsholo, from Hebron Block E, was reportedly found murdered near the Hebron Taxi Rank on Sunday morning, 23 August 2026.

According to reports, community members discovered her lifeless body in the area after residents reportedly heard what sounded like a scuffle and screaming during the early hours of the morning. One resident said they heard the disturbance but did not investigate at the time.

The discovery later left members of the community shocked, as the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death remain unclear.

At this stage, there has been no official confirmation regarding exactly how Tsholo died, what may have led to the incident or who could be responsible. No arrests have been made.

The matter is expected to be investigated by police, with further information likely to emerge as authorities work to establish what happened.
