‘We’re not scared of him’: MK Party hits back at Malema

The uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party has hit back at Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema, following his recent comments regarding the party’s internal affairs and the expulsion of its members.

We are not scared of him, and we will not be intimidated by his rhetoric. The MK Party is focused on its own path and will not be distracted by the noise coming from the EFF leadership.

The tension between the two political entities has escalated following the expulsion of Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla and Nhlamulo Ndhlela from the MK Party. Malema had previously expressed support for Zuma-Sambudla, a move that the MK Party leadership viewed as an attempt to interfere in their internal processes.

The MK Party spokesperson emphasized that the party remains committed to its mandate and is not concerned with Malema’s opinions on their disciplinary actions. They further stated that the party’s internal decisions are made in accordance with its constitution and are not subject to external validation.
