Burglary Suspect Captured On CCTV: Parkgate – KZN
A burglary suspect was captured on CCTV after a house was broken into at a property on Heathrow Avenue in Parkgate – KZN yesterday (Tuesday, 19/05/2026).
Officers responding to the scene interviewed the occupants and conducted an assessment of the property following reports of a housebreaking incident.
It was established that entry was gained through a rear window located near the boundary wall and fence.
By the time he released their was a camera watching him he was shocked.
Property reported stolen included laptops, an iPad, chargers, lights, food items, chocolates, perfumes, T-shirts, socks and aluminium doors.
The occupants stated that this was the second burglary reported at the same property within two (2) days.
CCTV footage obtained from the premises allegedly captured the intruder inside the property during the incident.
The value of the stolen property is estimated at approximately R50 000.
