Two of the four accused persons in the fraud and money laundering of R11 million of deceased estate accounts are expected to apply for bail in the Polokwane Magistrates’ Court in Limpopo this Friday.

Rirhandu Tibana and Jabulani Maluleke were arrested last week in a matter involving an estate attorney, Charlotte Tibana and her husband, a TMPD officer, Peter “Gagash” Nonyane.

Tibana is a sibling to Charlotte Tibana while Maluleke is a friend of the couple.

The accused allegedly unlawfully transferred and misappropriated the estate funds for their lavish lifestyles.

Accused number one and two, “Gagash” Nonyane and his wife Charlotte Tibana, had their application dismissed and the state is likely to add more charges against the accused.

Currently, they face over hundred counts of fraud, money laundering and theft.

The state has said that more families have come forward with complaints.
