The bail hearing of Lekompong musician Lehlogonolo Chauke, popularly known as Shebe Maburna, will resume this Tuesday morning in the Polokwane Magistrates’ Court in Limpopo.
The defence team will start by applying for some paragraphs in the initial affidavit to be deleted or set aside.
Advocate Mutheiwana Sikhwari has told the court that some paragraphs were not in chronological order and should be set aside or deleted.
Chauke has been in custody since his arrest for various alleged offences in November last year.
On Monday, Maburna told the court that the investigating officer is framing him.
He also accused the investigating officer of conspiring to incriminate him as he is allegedly related to one of the complainants.
Maburna further testified that he was not present at the alleged shooting incident scene which led to his arrest.
