In-Form Mofokeng Steals The Show On Europa Debut
South African winger Relebohile Mofokeng continued his impressive start to life at Union Saint-Gilloise after scoring his first goal in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday night.
Mofokeng was awarded with another start after finding the back of the net in the league last weekend, making it three goals in five Belgian Pro League encounters.
The former Orlando Pirates winger carried his scoring form into the Europa League action when he opened the scoring for Union in the 18th minute by latching onto a long-ball over the top before calmly slotting past Viktoria Plzen goalkeeper.

The South African’s evening did come to an end in the 63rd minute as he made way for Ilan Hurtevent, with Union going on to secure a 3-0 win.
The 21-year-old has now netted four goals in six matches across all competitions for the Belgian outfit.
Mofokeng and Union will be back in action on Sunday when they lock horns with Royal Antwerp in Belgian Pro League action.
