South African activist and sangoma Ngizwe Mchunu tearfully claiming enemies like Julius Malema and the LGBTQ+ community are celebrating after unknown men allegedly set his rural Mbumbulu home on fire while he was away.

Mchunu, former Ukhozi FM presenter and leader of anti-illegal immigration marches, denies burning the property himself, insisting it would harm his children, amid his ongoing public feuds including Malema’s reported R1 million legal demand.

Replies overwhelmingly accuse him of staging the incident for sympathy or donations, citing reports of removed furniture beforehand and viewing his Malema mention as attention-seeking rather than credible.
