Oscarine Masuluke will continue playing in the Betway Premiership this season after clinching a fresh move following his release by Stellenbosch FC.
Masuluke has spent the past three years in the Western Cape after making the switch from Baroka FC.
The shot-stopper turned down Polokwane’s proposal to extend his stay, leaving the Limpopo outfit scrambling for solutions between the sticks.

Minus Brian Bwire, the club turned to Lindokuhle Mathebula, who played through most of the second half of last season and the start of this campaign. Unfortunately, the young keeper is now injured, which has meant Ayanda Ngwenya and Mashudu Makhavhu became the two available goalkeepers at the club.
Ngwenya played in the defeat to Sekhukhune United but lacks the necessary experience, forcing the club to act swiftly in the market.
The latest information reaching this website is that the towering goalkeeper has found a new home at Polokwane City, with the 33-year-old starting training with his new team on Thursday.
Masuluke is now expected to take over as first choice as Rise and Shine look to steady the ship between the sticks.
The veteran shot-stopper is best remembered for being nominated for the 2017 FIFA Puskás Award for his stunning overhead kick goal against Orlando Pirates in November 2016 — a moment that etched his name into global football folklore.
Now, Masuluke will be hoping to make headlines for his shot-stopping heroics rather than his goalscoring exploits as he looks to guide Polokwane through a turbulent period.
