Starting XI: Pirates v Milford

Orlando Pirates switch focus to the Carling Knockout as they entertain Milford FC at the Orlando Amstel Arena on Tuesday evening.

The Buccaneers were involved in CAF Champions League action on Friday evening as they thrashed African Stars 3-0 to book their spot in the group stage phase.

Pirates are the reigning champions of the Carling Knockout after defeating Marumo Gallants 1-0 in the final last year.

However, the Buccaneers already missed out on one cup this season after losing to rivals Mamelodi Sundowns in the MT8 final earlier this month.

Milford, meanwhile, will be looking to carry their league form to the cup after starting this season with four wins from their opening nine games, which has the team sitting in fourth spot.

The newly-promoted side have already faced Pirates this season, with the Soweto giants picking up a 2-0 win at the same arena.
