He testified that Ndimande was also seen on CCTV footage getting out of a car linked to a co-accused near the restaurant.
Through footage shown in court, Sanders detailed his investigation, which identified a vehicle standing idle outside the establishment before it was removed by a metro police officer. Another luxury vehicle of interest was seen arriving outside the restaurant.
During his testimony, Sanders explained why the luxury vehicle attracted investigators’ attention, citing its positioning and darkly tinted windows.
The State continues to present CCTV evidence as it seeks to establish the sequence of events and the roles each accused allegedly played in the fatal shooting of Forbes and Motsoane.
