What did Julius Malema say about Mbuyiseni Ndlozi’s podcast? Read here
EFF leader Julius Malema has publicly praised former party member Mbuyiseni Ndlozi’s ‘African Renaissance Podcast,’ contrasting it favorably with other popular platforms. During a press briefing, Malema commended Ndlozi for hosting guests of substance and engaging in meaningful political conversations, specifically referencing an interview Ndlozi conducted with a former white police commissioner.
It’s called MacG Podcast. It’s a political party, that thing. Its role is to depoliticise the youth.
In his remarks, Malema launched a stinging attack on MacG’s ‘Podcast and Chill,’ accusing it of promoting an alcohol-fueled culture that actively depoliticizes South African youth. He suggested that while other platforms encourage listeners to speak loosely about Black and African identity, Ndlozi’s show provides content where listeners can genuinely learn something of value.
