MFC Club Confirms Interest In Chiefs Goalkeeper

Real Native FC have confirmed that there were negotiations with Kaizer Chiefs over goalkeeper Bontle Molefe to join on loan.
Molefe was on loan to Leicesterford City in the Motsepe Foundation Championship for the second half of last season and Soccer Laduma recently reported of the interest in the player by Real Native (formerly Casric Stars).
Amakhosi have Brandon Petersen, Renaldo Leaner and Bruce Bvuma competing in the first team, so Molefe is set for a move away from the club this season. Real Native remains an option, while Championship newcomers Hope FC are believed to have shown an interesting in having him on loan.
“I think the negotiations were on, but I think we needed to look at what have and see if we can balance. We’ve got a good relationship with Betway teams and I cannot wait to have him, as long as we can afford it because I really like him. It’s just that now it’s pending because we’ve got quite a number of youngsters that we want to look at, but for now there is nothing concrete,” Mthombeni said to Soccer Laduma.
Real Native announced the signings of 16 new players at an event held in Pretoria on Friday evening. Some of the players they unveiled are Lungelo Dondolo, who is on loan from Orlando Pirates. Kaizer Chiefs duo Vicky Mkhawana and Ofente Kgosana were also unveiled by Native. They are both on loan.
The club has also added experienced campaigners Xolani Slawula and Menzi Ndwandwe to their squad, but Mthombeni revealed that their cheque book is not closed. Anything is still possible before the close of the transfer window.
“I’ve learnt that in football you cannot close the door. What if you close the door and then Mbappe, Messi, Cristiano or Yamal come and say they are available, or even Mbokazi. As a football club, you will always open the door.
