Another man has been shot dead in Alexandra, with the shocking incident occurring at Second Roosevelt this morning.
The victim was on his way to work when he was killed around 5am. He is believed to be a security guard.
Police at the scene told Alex Reporter that the victim is known in the area and reportedly lived not far from where he was killed.
Residents have raised concerns about a suspected group of three young dangerous men believed to be operating around Roosevelt. They are alleged to be linked to a series of muggings and killings in the area.
However, these allegations have not yet been confirmed by police, and no suspects have been officially named in connection with this morning’s shooting.
