JULIUS MALEMA WANTS NGIZWE MCHUNU ARRESTED FOR CONTEMPT OF COURT

Julius Malema wants Ngizwe Mchunu to be charged with contempt of court after allegedly continuing to speak negatively about him despite a court order.

The dispute started after Malema took legal action against Mchunu over statements accusing him of having links with Nigerian drug dealers. The High Court in Pretoria reportedly ordered Mchunu to stop making those allegations.

However, Malema’s lawyers claim that Mchunu ignored the court ruling and continued making comments about him. Because of this, they are expected to return to court next week to ask that Mchunu be charged with contempt of court.

EFF spokesperson Sinawo Thambo also commented on the matter, warning people against “deceiving him,” saying he could soon “end up behind bars.”
