Chiefs sends two more rising stars out on loan

Kaizer Chiefs have sent two more rising stars out on loan to Motsepe Foundation Championship side Hope FC, where the duo will reunite with Samkelo Zwane and Bontle Molefe.
Amakhosi announced that rising stars Naledi Hlongwane and Pheko Phago have completed season-long loan moves to Motsepe Foundation Championship newcomers, Hope FC.
The highly-rated pair are widely regarded as being among the most promising talents within the Amakhosi development structures.

They now head to the newly-promoted outfit to secure valuable first-team game time for the duration of the 2026/27 campaign.
At Hope FC, the duo will reunite with fellow Naturena academy graduates Samkelo Zwane and goalkeeper Bontle Molefe, who recently joined the Cape Town-based side on loan.
The Glamour Boys have been actively utilising the loan market to fast-track the development of their fringe players this season.

Other notable Chiefs youth academy products currently out on loan at various domestic clubs include Sifiso Timba, Ofentse Kgosana, and Vicky Mkhawana.
The Amakhosi first team is scheduled to lock horns with Richards Bay FC at the Princess Magogo Stadium in KwaMashu tonight, Wednesday, 26 August 2026, with kick-off set for 19:30.
