Roger De Sa’s job title at ABC Motsepe League club Cape Town Spurs has now been explained in detail.
Spurs recently announced De Sa as their new technical director, but KickOff has learned more about his appointment.
De Sa will not only serve as the technical director at the club but also as the head coach of the Urban Warriors’ first team.
“Yes, Roger De Sa is appointed as a technical director; he also coaches, but his job title is that of a technical director,” Spurs CEO Alexi Efstathiou tells KickOff.
“He will be coaching the first team, and he will also look after the other teams below that.
“In the ABC Motsepe League, we are only starting in September; we are still busy with pre-season now. We’ve only been training for two weeks now.
Spurs were relegated from the Motsepe Foundation Championship to the ABC Motsepe League after finishing at the bottom of the log in the 2025/2026 Season.
