A 100k richer Duba hits back at Galaxy

After scoring a hat-trick against TS Galaxy in the Carling Knockout Cup, Kaizer Chiefs forward Wandile Duba has hit back at the Rockets’ apparent trolling.

Duba claimed the Carling Man of the Match award after scoring three times during Chiefs’ 3-0 win over Galaxy on Tuesday night.

The result secured Amakhosi a place in the next round, while Duba also walked away with a R100,000 prize, providing the perfect opportunity to address some of Galaxy’s recent social media posts.

Notably, TS Galaxy’s social media account attracted attention before the match after appearing to suggest that they were a lion hunting a zebra, with Chiefs represented as the prey.

Perhaps it was just banter, as some might say, but Duba did not miss the opportunity to hit back.

Speaking after the match, the Glamour Boys talisman revealed that he had seen what TS Galaxy posted on social media earlier and that he and his teammates knew they had to win the game.

He ended by saying: “amadonkey bawagijimisle namhlanje”. See the video below!

I love him so much 😂😂😂😂😂 “amadonkey bawagijimisle namhlanje” pic.twitter.com/9D13dghaGl
