‘No-one can control us’: Malema clashes with Hill-Lewis during leadership debate

EFF leader Julius Malema has responded to allegations that they are a “chaotic and corrupt” coalition partner. During a leadership debate organized by Arena Holdings, Malema clashed with Democratic Alliance (DA) leader Geordin Hill-Lewis over the party’s conduct.

Malema rejected claims that the EFF is corrupt, stating that since the party was founded, none of its members or leaders have been convicted or charged with corruption in connection with holding office. He challenged his opponents to provide evidence for their claims.
