Pedestrian-vehicle accident in Gezina
PVES responders and a practitioner attended a pedestrian-vehicle accident after information about the incident was shared on a local community group.
A PVES practitioner was first on scene and found a male patient with severe injuries, including a suspected traumatic brain injury (TBI) and a fractured leg.
The patient was stabilised on scene by the PVES practitioner before being transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
