Cyril Ramaphosa booked off sick after returning from BRICS summit in India

President Cyril Ramaphosa has been booked off from public engagements due to ill health. The presidency said that Ramaphosa, who returned from the BRICS summit in India on Monday, has been advised by his medical team to rest and recover.

The presidency confirmed on Wednesday that Ramaphosa had been advised by his medical team to rest and recover.

Due to ill health, President Cyril Ramaphosa is currently booked off from public engagements.

Ramaphosa returned to South Africa on Monday.
