Not again, Mass Casualty Accident reported on the

Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA), IPSS Medical, eThekwini Fire Department and KZN VIP are currently on scene at a mass casualty motor vehicle accident on Oakford Road in Oakford – KwaZulu-Natal.

One (1) person has been confirmed deceased and several others have sustained critical injuries following a collision between a minibus taxi and a bakkie.

The call for assistance was received at 18:25 (Saturday). Emergency personnel are currently triaging and treating multiple patients while rescue operations continue.
