The SABC, as a national public broadcaster, broadcasts its services through 19 (Nineteen) radio stations and 6 (Six) television channels, via analogue and digital platforms.

These Terms and Conditions of Service as well as the Privacy Policy are applicable to SABC News, a public broadcast radio station operating under a sound broadcast license granted to the SABC by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“ICASA”).

These Terms and Conditions of Service, as well as the Privacy Policy, shall govern the relationship between SABC News and the User and/or Subscriber of our service/s. The User and/or Subscriber is only authorized to use the services or content if they agree to the Term and Conditions herein.
