A Durban businessman will continue his bail application in the local magistrate’s court on Tuesday.
He is facing charges including human trafficking, kidnapping and sexual assault.
The court has ordered a temporary ban on publishing the businessman’s identity until he pleads.
Some witnesses at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry and Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee alleged criminality against the businessman.
It says the charges are linked to a raid at a property in Durban North in 2022.
