The bail hearing of TMPD officer and social media personality Peter Nonyane, known as Gagash, and his lawyer wife, Charlotte Tibana, is expected to resume on Monday morning at the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court in Limpopo.

They are accused of defrauding three estate accounts of deceased people of more than R4 million between 2024 and this year.

Nonyane faces two counts of fraud and two of money laundering, while Tibana faces three counts of fraud and two of money laundering.
