Farm Murder Activist Takes Aim at Ramaphosa’s Office After Brutal Donovan Marx Attack
NORTH WEST — A farm murder activist has publicly challenged President Cyril Ramaphosa’s office over what he described as a failure to address farm attacks, following the brutal assault of 50-year-old cattle farmer Donovan Marx on his property between Potchefstroom and Ventersdorp on 28 October 2026.
Petrus Phakamile Sitho, an activist associated with the No Farm Murders NPC and known for his outspoken presence on social media, posted an audio recording of himself phoning the presidency in an attempt to speak directly with the president about the attack.
Positioning himself as a voice for affected farming communities, Sitho called for justice for Donovan Marx.
Disclaimer: Briefly News could not independently verify the authenticity of the audio recording or confirm whether the call was made to the President’s office.
He argues that some attacks involve prolonged torture and says the issue deserves greater attention.
