Scottish Interest In Durban City Midfielder Revealed

Agent Mike Makaab has revealed that Durban City midfielder Tylo Sanger has attracted interest in the Scottish Premiership.
Sanger joined City before the start of this season after campaigning in the ABC Motsepe League and has been a standout performer, so much so that he is attracting interest abroad.
The former Cape Town Spurs player has made 10 appearances in all competitions, eight of which have been in the Betway Premiership.
Makaab has revealed to Soccer Laduma that there is interest from a topflight club in the Scottish Premiership, but did not reveal the club’s name.
“There is a team in the topflight in Scotland that has their eyes on Tylo Sanger. I got a call from their head of recruitment and they asked about him,” Makaab revealed to Soccer Laduma.
“My biggest joy is seeing the Tylo Sangers of the world coming from the ABC Motsepe League and playing in almost every minute for Durban City. Those are my joful moments. A year-and-a-half ago, he was ready to give up through injury.”
Bafana Bafana defender Olwethu Makhanya has become one of the Scottish Premier League’s most prominent players following his move from Major League Soccer outfit Philadelphia Union to Glasgow Rangers, where he’s been an absolute hit with the supporters.
Makhanya’s performances could give scouts in Scotland reason to look for talent in South Africa, and Sanger appears to already be one of them.
If the 22-year-old continues to shine in City colours, there is a good chance of him making a big move, but a lot will depend on his club in terms of their willingness to let him go.
City are known to be a selling club, especially during their days as Maritzburg United.
