Man to appear in Glencoe court over murder – LNN – Network News

A 21-year-old man is expected to appear in the Glencoe Magistrate’s Court on a charge of murder following the fatal stabbing of a 24-year-old man, reports Northern Natal News.

Police responded to a murder complaint in Sithembile, Glencoe yesterday (October 25).

“On arrival, officers found the victim lying in the road in a pool of blood, with multiple stab wounds,” said SAPS spokesperson, Sergeant Siyabonga Nkwanyana.

Preliminary investigations led to a swift response by Glencoe Visible Policing members, working with the Glencoe K9 Unit, who traced and arrested the suspect in connection with the murder.

The deceased’s body was taken to the Dundee mortuary for further procedures.
