Negligent handling of a firearm added to Shadrack Sibiya

Suspended deputy national police commissioner Shadrack Sibiya has been slapped with an additional charge of negligent handling of a firearm.

This brings the total number of charges against him to five, including rape, sexual grooming of a minor, and trafficking in persons.
